Après avoir été admis à exercer en Floride et en Washington D.C. David a passé les examens de Barreau en France et est devenu l’un des premiers avocats américains à avoir prêté serment en France à base d’examens.

Il a été ensuite accrédité par la Ministère des Affaires Étrangères en France comme l’avocat agréee du Consulat Général de France à Miami.

En 1998 David Willigest nommé Notaire de Droit Civil (ou Notaire International), par le Secretaire d’État de la Floride. Depuis il étend sa collaboration confraternelle avec les avocats et les notaires en France, ainsi que dans d’autres pays
